Marriages, Multiples & Museums

This half term, in class 8, we have been very busy!

We have been practicing counting in different multiples. We found out that the 2, 4 and 10 times tables all have even numbers in their answers.

We have compared different versions of Cinderella and have even written what happens to her after she marries the prince!

In Science we have been learning about different rocks and soils. We even made our own fossils out of salt dough!

We have ended our half term with a fabulous trip to the Great North Museum. We travelled there on the Metro and enjoyed learning about the past. We loved the animals exhibits and were amazed to see a model of a dodo and the skeleton of a Tyrannosaurus Rex too!
