Choosing school meals with School Grid

Dear Parents/Carers,

Please remember that all parents should by choosing their child’s meals on the School Grid – Meals should be picked the day before or you can pick them for the full term. This allows our kitchen to prepare the meals.

The School Grid team are available to help during term time and the school holidays. If you need any support, you can contact The School Grid team directly, either by telephoning (0345 3503934) or emailing customercare@impactfood.co.uk

When your child leaves school, please remember to contact School Grid to ask them to transfer any outstanding lunch money onto other sibling’s accounts or ask the team to refund your account with this money.
